Sign templates are invisible?

Hi, I have a question, especially for Voytek (but not only):
Sign boards loads perfectly, but sign templates are invisible. What I have made wrong?
This signs was made for my own Poland Rebuilding extension, so some pictures may won't load without it. But that's no problem. Problem is only in loading of entire templates. Map from attached mod is intentionally cutted.
