Unable to display freight icon

Hello,

I have been trying for a while to create the icon of my company that there is on the page of possible freight,
but after various tests, I still have a red rectangle which appears with a message on it,
but written so small that it is unreadable ...
I have checked the .dds and .tobj files in my material / ui / company / small folder but nothing helps

what the game log said about this or what's the message from minicon about this texture? Tobj malformed or dds missing. I hope you didnt edit the tobj file with Notepad++ is not gonna work.
