Step by step answers won't teach you anything... If you want to be a successful modder, you have to do stuff yourself. If I mention cargo definitions, you should know what I mean and know where to look for it. Either Google it or just look around SCS files to find them. You have to get familiar with folders and files within them.

But if you really don't want to look for them yourself:

Check def/company/nbfc/in and out. See what defs are there.
Now go to def/company/stokes/in and out. See what defs are there.

Then you'll know if a valid job offer can be created between the two.

I try to find cargos but I can't understand nothing. Do you have a video in last version of the game because I find only from old versions.
