Run Promods without Balctic DLC.

Hi there everyone!,
i've been a long time player of ets2, since 2012. For years i've been playing the default map.
last year i've started playing the Tregion map, which i liked a lot.
And now i'd love to try Promods. But the Thing is, I don't have the beyond the Baltic DLC. I do Have All prior dlc's. So i Guess Promods 2.40 is out of the question, for now.
But i've heard version 2.33 does'nt need the baltic DLC. Is that version also still available?
or is the Only way to play Promods, to Buy The Baltic DLC??
I'd love to know!
