hello, i only have base game + going east dlc, can i play project balkans with that or i need to have france and scandinavia DLC

aha, ok. Just one more question, i dont really understand this about balkan project. You get balkan project map when you download standard promods map, or balkan map is totally separatelly download

Next version of ProMods will cover the same area as Project Balkans and even more.

No. It won't be integrated. Project Balkans will remain an addon, if they want to continue their work.
We prepared our own Balkans area. Project Balkans was developed in a long period of time. Some areas are old already. Our area will be "new", so you can expect the best quality possible.
It's always a personal decision if you want to use our Balkans or Project Balkans.

What about Hungary map by Frank, is it part of Promods, integrated in promods?

Hungary Map is in 1:3 scale.
It's a separate "module". You can't connect it to other maps.

It's true that some regions of our map are old (Udine and west Slovenia) but right now the priority line favours new regions in Bosnia and Serbia rather than rebuilding old stuff (for now). And as human being is evolving from year to year also our mapping got better and better, so it's a normal process. But one thing is for sure: If you want to experience real Balkans feeling (ako si Balkanac, valjda poznato ti je o čemu se priča) than I think this is our biggest advantage
