You have to place the ProMods-Def and Hotfix ABOVE all other Promods and RusMap files

Never mind, I've already solved it. It turned out that I've used the wrong mod load order 
...

I´ve downloaded right now the RusMap from this Links here. But I´m missing some SCS Files like RusMap MapPackage or the normal Model .... in the .rar Files are just the def File and model2. Where are the missing Parts ?-

unfortunately the road connection also messes with the terrain arround the garage in Murmansk:
the latest (and correct) road connection is enabled as the hot fix 001
here the road connection is disabled, the hot fix 001 is still enabled. Presumably the fix 001 doesn´t fix this issue or doesn´t touch this area.
I`ve made the test with a clean and fresh profile, in both cases PB & RusMap are enabled and I followed the official recomment load order, but these maps do not cause the issue. Why does the road connection contain unnecessary map sectors at all? Could a dev show me the regarding sectors? Deleting these files is is easy for fixing it quickly by myself.
