Sorry if I'm relating this to a wrong map (geography is not my forte), but I found out a GPS Black Hole in Latvia. if you are trying to track a route to or from the mechanic in Gulbene, the map is unable to trace a route. It hangs on Trancing a Route message. Once out the mechanic garage, it works again.
