I tested the Rusmap 1.81 and it works perfectly in version 1.31. It's a magnificent map.

Can someone help me? I've tried to download this mod, but the part 5 file always come corrupted, because I can't unzip the scs file for some reason (I use 7zip).

Do not try to unzip the scs file. The scs file is already the mod file. Place it on the mods folder.

By the way, I think you are downloading the wrong files. The newer ones are in the bottom of the list (1.8.1)

Why I should install all 5 rar files for the latest version of the game if first rar file has all scs mods? What should I do with all another files from another zips?

The first part requires the other 4 parts for downloading properly. If so, try to install only the first part and let's see if it works.

i think.. Baltics city is some far away still... at least 4 months minimum.. an he rebuilded just part of new connection/roads. as i see on map, no atll city.
