I play ETS 2 on steam on my mac. Im pretty sure I'm stuck playing on OpenGl but I could be wrong. Im pretty sure the best way to fix this problem would be to resave the textures with DXT5/BC3 compression with mipmaps which is what blackspot has recommended to mod authors when I have reported this bug in the past.

Approaching these toll-station-look-alike border checking stations, the game will crash with no alarms. I was crossing from Poland to Belarus. The Southern one crashes at the Belarus side while the northern one crashes at the Poland side.

I’m on the latest version of euro truck simulator, promods, and rusmap with the priority orders the same as the load order guide.

Are you using the Version 3 road connection?

If you're using OpenGL, then the textures may be incompatible with it.

To fix that, textures must be resaved with DXT5/BC3 (and mipmaps).

That runs the previous option you selected in a previous game session. If you originally chose OpenGL, and then click that, it runs OpenGL. Choose DirectX, and next time, its DirectX when you select "Play Euro Truck Simulator 2"
