No, i have 002 and 003 seperate, and 001 zipped. Every time I try to open 001, I get an error message, telling me its a corrupt file!

This happened to me on Mac. I downloaded another software called Keka extractor and it successfully unzipped the files.

Conflicting mods
I'am afraid you should have to remove everything excepted Promods, Russmap files and add your other mods one by one till you find the culprit
Maybe you can keep the Jazzycat files too for a start

That is my main profile with lots mod activated, and of course I have already test my main profile with almost all mods removed except RJL Scania, but it just still CRASH.

With fresh profile both maps work fine even with RJL Scania activated.

You must activate the mods in the mod manager in the order I wrote previously. Otherwise the connections to Belarus und Russia will not work.

Well, I managed to unpack 001 by rebooting into another win 7 partition, but 7-zip can't open 002, and 003! It tells me that they are an archive file and suggest I use 7-zip to open them!!! You couldn't make it up!!
I have the latest 7-zip btw.
I'm losing the will to live!!!

if you unzip 1 it's good because 7-zip automaticly unzip the 2 other part
