easy fix ... as it is only those three roadsigns ... the problem is the filenames ... existing ones have only 2 digits 02, 19 and 63
simply just use the information in the gamelog and create those files ...

material/ui/map/road/road_pl_002.mat
material/ui/map/road/road_pl_019.mat
material/ui/map/road/road_pl_063.mat

filepaths are given ... and these three mat-files have 2 additional files ..the .tobj and the .dds ... how they should look just check the base
then make this small mod and put above all in modmanager... i did with all three files*3 however it can be done with only the mat-files....

inside the mat-files you only need to point to the existing files ... for example
