Can you try to extract part1.rar instead of copying your files out of the archive?

I have done this as well but to no avail. Additionally, I can't even get the order correct found in the readme file which is more than likely the problem, however this is useless if one cannot either copy or extract the files.

Something other, did you enable the RusMap checkbox in the ProMods DEF-generator?

I just got it working tonight!. I did nothing differently which leads me to believe it was simply a corrupt file.
