DLC Italy should not be required for 2.27 and 1.81, how can I fix the issue?

sure for RusMap 1.8.1 you need DLC_it, only 1.8 works without it

original connector so far ok , driving from Spain - Lleida to Kazakhstan - Kulsary no issue , no crash

Hello guys, I've just heard about in the official Rusmap forums that they'll not be updating their map until the Beyond the Baltic Sea DLC will be released.
Is this true?
