First of all, can i add the map into my current Profile or do i have to start again from scratch?
You can add RusMap to your existing profile

Do i need to download ProMods again?
No, just regenerate the Def file.
3.)

After creating the profile the game loads about 5 seconds before i am send back to the desktop. What am i doing wrong?
Your load order is ok - for RusMap 1.8.1 with game version 1.33 you need a fixed Def file:
viewtopic.php?f=42&t=27138

Seems an error with the RusMap-def_v1.8.1.scs. something about vegetation. In this Profile i only have the mods for Promod and Rusmap as active mods. The rest runs in a different profile which works fine. Just need Rusmap added to it

You need the fixed Def for 1.33:
