[WIP] Announcing Project Canary for ets2

I have been many times to the Canary Island and I would love to try the roads with a truck.

I have seen a few trucks there and I think that it is challenging for them to drive there. Combined with the nice view this would be a nice map.

On the other hand the islands are very small. You can drive around one of them in one day.
