Hallo zusammen, ich habe immer noch das Problem mit dem abspeichern im ETS2 Map editor. Ich habe die Tage eine Anweisung bekommen wie ich so was machen kann, aber ohne erfolg. Ich will ja auch nur auf der Standart EU Map erst mal lernen, aber wenn ich abspeichern tu kommt eine Meldung die ch als Bild angehangen habe. Ich bin mittlerweile ratlos ich brauche Hilfe.
bei mir kommt dann die Meldung Error " failed to create the output file - the map IS NOT saved, backups have ben advanced". das kommt als meldung. Ich weis net mehr weiter

I think I had similar issues - you have to create base/map folder as far as I remember. It's stated in map editing tutorials for sure.

You have not created a "base" folder in your ETS2 installation folder. This is where ETS2 dumps it's sectors after a save. You have to repack the contents from base/map/europe into your own map package. Please make sure it follows the same file structure as the standard map in your package

I have created the base folder and therein Map but still this message
I can not even change the storage path

do u have ets2 previously installed (and now u have ets2 steam?)?
