The Harsh Russian/The Bloated Toad and Truckers Map (It's first name, and the one I had first) are all made by Goba3672.. BUT they are not really official.

They are huge yes, but contain bugs galore. GPS mess ups, invisible walls etc.

The only way to get the official map he made, wthout bugs is to prove to him on Skype by showing a Russian or Ukranian Passport and paying a small amount of money.

That sounds very odd..

Well, I'd prefer anyway, if a map is added in a realistic manner, that is, to be connected to already existing maps, like ProMods connected to RusMap and SouthernRegion. Now when perhaps in the far future RusMap reaches the Urals..that would be the best case scenario in my opinion.

If so, I agree. But the "free" versions are somewhat mostly enjoyable.

So I found a load order between the following maps that mostly works, save for the gas station issue in the UK (known issue related to SR that will be fixed in SR 6.5 I believe). The order is VERY important, but here are the maps that I have this working for:

Those last 8 files are from the newest ROC map (plus the Chinese def file which didn't get updated -_-) and if you need help finding any of these I will do my best to help as quickly as I can. Just know that sometimes Google is your friend. Note that they all say R.O.C. mod or PRC mod in the mod manager so ordering by package name can get a bit confusing.

EDIT (02/24/2017): PJ Indo map does not work with this map combo. If you're intent on using PJ Indo, remove EAA and place it where EAA is. That's the only way I know of to fit that map into this combination.

UPDATE (03/08/2017): Altered load order to reflect updated Egypt 2.0 map. I have it working now with this load order (miraculously without disturbing other maps )

Cool! You have the exact same order as me, except that I don't have ROS and I have PRC map and TAS map (both going at the very end).

If so, fantastic! and thanks! I don't mind a few issues as long as I can drive on all the roads and it doesn't crash upon loading.

Yes, as a matter of fact I'm playing it right now I have done testing and it does not CTD on load and I have not found any roads so far that cause a CTD. A major point of contention with me was getting the gas station on the SR-RM connector road to not crash upon load, and I can conclude that this error solves that little issue. Only map I haven't tested for crashes in this order is EAA, but that's pretty self-contained as long as you have the fix, so you should be fine overall.

Hi,

Doesn't seem like your load order is all that bad, though I question the presence of tas map as a really usable map. I looked at it a while ago and it didn't really do anything for me That being said, you'll only need Promzona if you're trying to connect ROS and Rusmap. If you follow the load order EXACTLY as I posted it, you should be fine.

That being said, if you add ROS, this is what some files should look like:

Promods - Russian Open Spaces Terrain fix <- you need this to remove the black holes on the E105 going up to Murmansk in ROS
Speed of the snow (for snow roads, totally optional)
Promods def
Promzona 1.26 (connector map between Rusmap and ROS)
ROS Model
ROS (no other name after it, has the def and other properties in here)
[Project Balkans exactly as you have it listed]
[Promods and extensions as listed]

Also let EAA load AFTER southern region as it can cause problems in my experience (though I believe the most recent release of EAA has fixed this).
