Edit: I have Tasmania below Southern Region, and I have Turkey in between, it loads up fine and checking the map there are only a few broken roads now as opposed to a lot when it was below Tasmania.

Turkey

After:
Southern Region
Turkey
Tasmania.

Maybe a little room for improvement but I'll see how it goes.

@Biojaca, in the past, I had them both with a fix. Now I do not know where it is, but if I find it, I will post it here.

@digitalxak, Are you using project Balkans with that? Is there any way that you know to fix the holes? If out above ProMods, what happens?

I am using Project Balkans yes.

As far as the broken roads, not a clue sorry. I have no modding knowledge at all, not even trailer skins.

It may be as easy as trying different load orders, but I don't want to mess up what (mostly) works fine.

It is a possibility! I will try now for you mate and see what happens.

I know that Egypt and Tasmania/Australia cause a broken road.

I will remove Balkans and see what happens, then remove eygpt after.

Edit: With Balkans removed: http://i.imgur.com/mctVmTQ.jpg I searched the place names, It's Serbia.. so is it Rusmap causing the broken roads at the bottom?

Removed Egypt, and it seems better now. Still southern region is "empty" at the bottom, the roads do no loop around. Is it meant to be that way?

Serbia isn't in RusMap Mod, Serbia isn't in any Mod yet ...only one Village in PB 2.21 (Sremska Mitrovica)...North Serbia will be a part of the next updates in ProMods and Project Balkan as well. The Turkish Map (the Map creator to be exact) has to make a connection fix for PM or (and) PB;
The second thing is that you need a road connection fix between PM, RusMap and SR (there was a connection fix some time ago...) and only then there would be a connection where you can drive from Barcelona to Rostov for example (or use the ferry from Constanta to Novorossijisk )
