I'd rather not resort to such methods, regardless of who made the files.
It just seems rude to me to use such software on other's works.

As you can see, traffic lights are completely turned off.

After deleting Southern Region, blinking (yellow one) traffic lights going back to normal.

Bumbumek it's caused by one mod that SimKa gave into his map. It's called flashing green light's, search on google, it's normal mod free to download, and as i remember it was causing same problem as you posted here. It turned off traffic lights at night.

Did somebody else notice that in SR and RM at night some parked vehicles have lights on. I don't know what causing that.
