No.
Close everything and and let IDM download the first part. If it (hopefully) succeeds download the next part.

I probably see what is going on.
The first part of SR was downloaded by IDM without any problems but the part 2 stops at 7% with a server error message, so that's probably why I can't extract the mod.

No, because Southern Regions requires RusMap to work.

I see. I just want to ask similiar question. Because I install SR 7.2 without Rusmap and it's playable, but you can't see the jobs between Promods and SR. Only if you travel to SR via Constanta ferry, you can take a jobs across SR, but not from SR to Promods.

I will wait for Rusmap 1.31 update.

I mean it's not a requirement but it's highly recommended as it could make some problems like yours.

OK now I am really pissed. I used the Internet Download Menager, downloaded each part one by one. Each part had been downloaded in 100% and it is still the same, the archive is corrupted, I have no ideas left on what is going one, the files are just damaged because I don't see any other reason for this. Any other file I downloade today for ETS2 from the same server which is Share Mods, didn't cause any problem. Also I were not experiencing any of these problems while downloading older versions of this map in the past, but this one made me pissed. I give up. Please put the extracted files on zippy share or something because more people will get pissed off by this.

you dont need OPEN archive.. you need EXTRACT... click on first file.. and EXTRACT.. not OPEN
