It's in the root of the .scs archive.

Hello,

I just updated the first post with additional informations how to edit the regarding manifest file. This should do the trick. I also added the ferry connection fix by dobr4060 for position of the trigger in Novorossiysk (RU). This fix is not stolen since it only contains a map folder. The connection file with the defs by yang20 is still required. Pay attention to the load order with Promods in the first post.

if you want to play this map with 1.28, open "SRmap [Def_and_Map].scs" and remove the folder "unit" how do I actually do this

No, only these original links by the author. You could check your Antivirus since the real time traffic filter could cause such an issue.
