I just modified the Promods map_data.sii with its zoom data for better scrolling the map to to the outer rims.

Question, since I currently don't have promods and RusMap installed it seems I can't use the ferry to travel from Constanta to Novorossiysk even if I were to have it installed since Constanta is not on the default SCS map. It looks to me that the ferry to Novorossiysk is the only way to get to the SR map since no roads appear on the SCS map that go to the SR map (they are not joined). So is there any way that I can physically go to the SR map without teleporting?

You will need to have all of the SCS Software map DLCs to use RusMap and Southern Region as these map mods are relying on assets that are provided by these DLCs.
Southern Region is designed to work with RusMap and will not work without it, so you will need to install RusMap to use it.

The ferry connection file for Southern Region is only to add an additional connection between the ProMods map sectors and the Southern Region map sectors.

@Fr8i where in my load order do I put the new zoom fix? Does it matter? I have SR, RusMap, Project Balkans, and Promods.

Ok, but then what's the point of there being a no france dlc compatibility patch? Is there any way I can run RusMap and/or SRMap without the seemingly irrelevant france dlc (the only map dlc that I don't have)

I already am able to run the Russian Open Spaces Map which is based around the same physical side of the map (east of mainland europe). And the SR map does physically appear on the ingame map I just am not able to find any train/ferry/air routes that would take me to that area of the map.

please read the first post more carefully. I added three code tags with the correct load order with all maps combination is possible with, including the position of all fixes.

AFAIK Rusmap requires DLC France and SR is meant to be combined with RusMap. Otherwise without DLC France you can´t play with Rusmap and on SR terrain all new areas with new assets are not available.

The only solution to get a connection with SCS standard map is a modified ferry connection between Novorossiysk and another ferry port (Calais for example). Better you watch out for a DLC France sale to get it cheap.

If you want to play this map with 1.28 open beta, just open "SRmap [Def_and_Map].scs" and remove the folder "unit".

Please remove the own traffic

If you remove the own traffic, all the specific models of trams and trolleys will be gone. This issue doesn´t crash the game. Here are more informations about this issue:
