What might be the problem when i've downloaded the six files i cant open but the 001 all the others say cant un pack?
or am i just dumb?

It's a multipart. You put all parts (.001 etc) in the same location and open/extract the first one. The program will recognize all part automatically. Think of it as an installation spanning multiple discs.

they unpack automatically when You open the first one mate... You can`t see it on the screen.
When done, check the size of the extracted folder, and you will see that it is the same or bigger than all the zipped files together.
If it is smaller, You`ve done something wrong.

Use 7zip or the latest version of WinRar (it is 5.40 i believe)

I use Jazzycat`s AI pack, but there are cars like Maserati, Ferrari, Lamborgini, and so on... a bit out of place on roads like the ones on SR ?!?
...are there any "authentic russian packs that contains cars like Lada, Trabant, Volga and similar, that would maybe fit better with the roads on the map ?

... and another detail for the authors:
- The Hotels used as resting places are a bit to "modern" on villages in the SR map... maybe mapping them with some textures like the surrounding objects would enhance the overall atmosphere ?!?

I suppose that I have to eneble it just when I decide to drive on rusmap, the steppe or southern region... and than disable this one and activate the normal Jazzycat AI for western and central european countries ?!?
...

Ups... just found that line in the description, that answers my question:

Included versions for Russian maps (Russian vehicles only on Russian maps) and all other maps (Russian vehicles everywhere).

В Southern Region есть файл SRmap_Rebuilding, вроде добавление стоянок. А куда его ставить? В приоритете модов на странице [Q&A] Load order of recommended compatible maps (1.30) https://promods.net/viewtopic.php?f=42&t=14523 этого файла нет в порядке установки модов.

There's a file in Southern Region map named "SRmap_Rebuilding". Looks like it adds truck stops. Where should it go in mod priority? On this page [Q&A] Load order of recommended compatible maps (1.30) https://promods.net/viewtopic.php?f=42&t=14523 this file is missing.
