If your last line in log looks similar to this:
--------
<ERROR> f:\build_bot\ssd_win_slave\final_build_ets2_135_goodyear_windows_bin_steam_x64\build\prism\src\p3core\collections/arrays/arrays_base_impl.h(523): ?element_at@?$array_t@Vsmart_proto_t@prism@@@prism@@QEAAPEAVsmart_proto_t@2@_K@Z:
Index outside array boundaries.
--------
it's a game engine crash.
open config.cfg file from My Documents/ETS2 folder and change this line value from 10 to (atleast) 30
---------
uset r_buffer_page_size "30"
---------

For zoom crashes add Superzoom on top of your map list in mod manager.

Those error messages look pretty familiar.
Did you look at previous comments?

Because the problem seems to be the exact same missing file that caused the problem, at least for me, Claus62 and isti139.
I tried the TexFix with no result. The "WeSendIt" link doesn't have a file.

Hi,
ME is the ProMods Middle-East addon.

You have to use this version (you are using Middle-East addon) - otherwise you will have a not aligned map.

Best regards,

i put buffer page size to 30 and added superzoom fix now it doesnt crash, but game is so laggy and stuttering it's unplayable.

before i got to this point on the map it was all running smooth and fine but when i got to this popint game crashed , and then i put buffer size to 30 and zoom fix and it dont crash but on this road it's so laggy and stutters hard, and objects takes so long to load, maybe problem is with this part of southern region map or the whole map is broken

That's because you're Computer is too weak.
You only have an old gen Quadcore with 2,66 GHz, 8 GB of RAM. Which is enough for the base game, but with Mods, the neccesary Computer Power get's greatly increased. Graphics Card should be decent enough.
You can try lowering the value to 20 or 25, otherwise you Need to remove some mods or upgrade your PC.

but before that point on map and game crash all was smooth and fine, although buffer size was on 10, now is 30, u think that's causing lag. What is actually that buffer size, what does it do
