It looks like you're running out of memory. How much RAM do you have in your PC/laptop? If it's 4GB or more, try to run the game in 64-bit mode.

Yeah, I got 16 GB of RAM.
Will try the 64bit mode tomorrow evening.

It´s an oversized texture file of an electric locomotive and it produces a lot of errors like this. It occurs running the game on a good rig in x64 as well. Author is reworking and fixing the railway traffic.

I never had a ctd caused by this model, but in my experience an error like this is mostly one of the last written errors before the game crashes.

is anyone here seeing completely red mountainsides in most of SR and part of PM? I know this is a missing prefab that's causing this but does anyone know a fix?

Thanks! I was scratching my head trying to figure that out. The link on Page 1 is titled "Southern Region 6.0 fix for combination with Promods." and goes to viewtopic.php?f=42&t=14179&start=70#p152911, which make it seem like the fix *and* the Egypt map are required to use Southern Region with Promods. That part should probably be rewritten to be less confusing.

I have a problem with traffic and even on the map southern region. They do not show up cars with locomotives. In gamelog it looks like this:
