Maybe it's nice to add some polders around it. That gives a real dutch feel.

2. No, thats impossible because of time and it would be larger then the normal 1:19 map...

The project sure is ambitious but 1:1 holland is near to impossible or you will need a bigger team than promods has. It will also be disencouraging to drive because of the long distances...
