You just need to watch on mods which has possible conflict sectors: Promods and Rusmap. Are Scandinavia and Paris above or below isn't matter because they have nothing with Realistic Russian highways which can cause problem.
About Romania extended, currently there is no compatibility solution. Problems are with FLD prefabs, so you know where to find solution.
Load order is on 1. page.

now I understand why I still have crashes with your mod..
