Map question

Here (https://gyazo.com/217bbe404294129c43a0081fb7dbf856) it stands that Hønefoss, Gardermoen, Geilo etc. are on the map, but all that's new in Norway are Kirkenes and Svalbard.. Is it possible to get these cities?

Well, where does it come from? That list of cities you presented?
Those were in ProMods before Scandinavia DLC appeared.
