I played The Dutch Map a few versions back. Good map, though I stopped playing it because of the Zwolle highway entrance northbound (perhaps it was fixed later on, dunno). Overall, the feel was good (and Nijmegen was a hell to get through -- just like it is in real-life).

This though, this looks amazing.

About the BeNeLux vs Germany thing a few pages back: I think Germany makes much more sense, so I'm happy they chose that. Depending on where you're coming from, (at least for passenger cars) you'll be advised to go through Germany if your destination is in the eastern part of Groningen. Also, there is lots of traffic between Netherlands and the Ruhrgebied.
