I have to say, i always get confused with Map mods order. Instead of pictures, could you please tell me where in the order below i have to put that Map mod here ? Thanks.

Yes, I have seen that, but as I also learned a while ago, there is not just one way of ordering maps LINK (and yes, I realize that topic is from ther german area here), but also others, mine is not sorted like that and yet it all works on my end. Just that my order of things is different, and thats why I dont know where to put this one now.

If you do it like that link I showed you, you should'nt have any problems with loading Order. Other loading Orders could cause crashes in some areas.

What bmwGTR says is quite correct. In your case, since ScandinaviaMod is a ProMods add-on, keep it above ProMods.

Thats how it is with my Mod order (for map mods), which for example the combination of RUSMap and Promods (not counting Scandinavia & Paris, that I just added) says in their topic. It seems everywhere I look, a different load order is the "right" one.

!! Kinda confusing !!

Not to mention, and thats just my opinion, SCS could have made it little less confusing if they would have sorted the mod manager the other way around, where HIGHER priority is also on top, not on bottom. Adds unnecessary confusing, but thats just me.

"Above" , as in lower in the priority list ??? See, thats what I mean in my post.

Multiple time zones per country requires multiple country definitions files per country. It may not always be deemed worth the hassle.
