R.O.C map traffic problem

I use a big combination of maps along with PM.When I go In Russia,for example,traffic adapts,and when I return in other country,traffic comes back to normal.Everything is fine,except when I use R.O.C map.Wherever country I'm in,I see chinese designs on trucks and buses.Is there a way to make this kind of traffic appear only in China?

I think that you need to change one file in def folder, but I am not sure which and how.
