Yeah the signs in Italy are blank if you are using ScandinaviaMod. There are no blank signs in the parts of ScandinaviaMod.

It is now out a fix version for ScandinaviaMod v0.4 that is solving the bug with the signs in Italy.

You can name 0.4a as this is complete overwrite version of version 0.4..
