The map I saw in the SCS forum.
Downloaded, installed and tested.
Is compatible with the Promods Map 2.20 or the Promods Map is prerequisite for this "Addon".
I am thrilled, because the mappers have done really good work.

That map is not for me. Northern part is too big for me and connections between roads doesn't look realistic. ;)

heiner, you are probably new here. Few links that will tell what Poland Rebuilding is:

But in short version. This map was aviable as promods addon long time ago. Then they joined promods team and merged their map into promods, thats why promods have polland, they didnt have it before. But after some time their cooperation wrecked and both team started making poland on their own way, poland rebuilding team started developing on principle overwriting promods sectors, but they still depend heavily on promods map(this is what i dont understand why they continue on dependancy and not make standalone). If you think their map is nice, play it, but i don't recommend it. If you would play their map in these days, you would recognize how messy that map was, even when they made it really nicely. Also read some statments here in poland development topic to understand what poland rebuilding really made. Plus with promods patience is heavily rewarded, wait for at least one year for 2.3 and you will see real quality in polland ;)

I did not mean Poland Rebuilding, I said Poland Rebuilding Rework.A whole new addon.

Poland Rebuilding Rework IS Poland Rebuilding, just with a new name.

You have just to read the first sentence in the post:
"After 18 months brake, we want to give all of You big update of Our project"

is synonymous in principle no matter how one calls the new addon, for me...it looks very good.

It's all because of one thing: asset dependency. ProMods is not only a map, but also a huge asset library. Even before they joined ProMods, their map depended on our assets. Without it, the map wouldn't work. At the time, a merge seemed to be logical to make the co-ordination between the map edits better. Sadly, reality turned out otherwise. However, during this time, their dependency on our assets became even heavier, as they integrated more and more of our assets. It was one of the points I made to them before the split-up that one way or another, they can't break ties completely. And in this new version, they actually seem to rely on our assets even more, even introducing things they never used before, like road templates and sign templates (both of which I'm personally responsible for adding into ProMods asset library, thank you very much).

The bottom line is that Poland Rebuilding is still has much of ProMods integrated, whether its creators like it or not...

Because of PR Team's waking up from the dead, I'm a bit curious myself, will give it a try and won't be angry at all if something doesn't turn out to work as intended, I'm still supporting future Promods releases even if Poland Rebuilding came back to the dancefloor. :D

We'll see what this means for the present and for the future.
