I've had it working fine below the ProMods load order up until 1.5, but I'm having trouble getting 1.6 to work. (I will need to test some more to say anything for certain though.)

when I testil ligament map I flew out of the map of Sardinia, after installing it at the bottom of all the maps everything was fine!
