I found a solution! Just go to website
ventusky.com (yes, it's weather website) , select city in Africa you want, click on it and website will provide you original Arabic city name.
Try it only from PC, not mobile application.

The proper way to do it, however, is to look at actual signs using e.g. Google Street View. I for one wouldn't be certain whether Tunisia uses MSA forms or Maghrebi forms on signage.

I think it's Arabic and French. "تونس / TUNIS" seems correct, but if I read the signs on Street View correctly Hammamet should use "حمامات / HAMMAMET" rather than "الحمامات".

No, wait, sorry. It's actually using the definite article but somehow written over or merged into the first letter of "Ḥamāmāt". A native Tunisian or Maghrebi speaker will have to enlighten us.
