That always happens, with all mods. You need to learn to live with it instead of whining - I doubt working only for yourself is a pleasure. It's fun when you can make other players happy, so don't give up even if some people show no respect for your hard work

I hope you will continue to do your mod and post it here. It would be a shame to stop.

Plus, I am sure of all of us here that enjoy your work will send you the fake links so you can take them down

Diman, remember yourself a couple of years ago. what did you do!? You stupidly hacked the archives of other mods, no matter what, you took them and did what you wanted ... Then you put them into the network as your own. If you forgot, then I remember. Now you see how it felt for the author.

before you accuse, think carefully over their words and show evidence !

It doesn't matter if you actually said they were yours or not, but it's implied to the normal user that you're the author of what you upload.

You can't prefent stealers to steal. If you will stop with public modding, they will be stealing other mods. If all of us, except Promods, who has protection, will stop publishing, stealer will steal mods for other games. But does we want to stop modding and give better game because of bad people?
On other side, we can reduce stealer's earning via reporting on trusted site like ETS2.lt. Players recognised that site as trusted and that site is the most used, much more than next.
