we will work on Italian Cities and start working at North Africa.
Corsica may be not worked on, as SCS will do it (e.g the easter egg at the ferry)

To anwser your second question, it's ready when it's ready, they already made the mistake a while ago of annocing the release date, I don't think they will do it again until they are fully certain .
