If Australia map would be made, I think ATS would fit it better than ETS2.

Agreed, Australian trucking is (as far as I know) much more similar to U.S. trucking.

Well it could be interesting to drive many different kinds of road trains in the land down under also known as Australia. ;)
Also it would be interesting, because it would be possible to use European and American trucks in Australia, because they are in use in Australia.

I did use Ets1,Ukts and Gts.But now i use Ets2 and Ats.I also relocate cars for Nissan and Volvo, but i also like my Ets2 Scania and i also like my Ats Volvo VNL 780 too.

Aussie trucks come from all over but usually are not same as available in the country of origin such as the kenworth T610 is an aussie nod of the us T 600 series usually it is different suspension as our roads are rougher ( according to the yanks than they use in us) but we use similar regs for emissions as EU like Euro 6 engines etc also just about all brands are in use here and we are like UK right hand drive and drive on the same side of the road as UK so it makes more sense to add to ETS simply because it had RHD trucks available already and ATS has none

Road trains of 2, 3 and even 4 trailers would be awesome. Driving north from Adelaide to Darwin or across the Nullabor. Trucks from all over the world would be available and as Becky said, driving on the left hand side of road with RH drive vehicles. Would be awesome to see Australian cars on the road too. Given all of the above, it would need to be a separate stand alone game as opposed to a map mod though.

i think crossing our great land would be awesome in ATS. Thing is real life is 4 hours on a straight road with a bend and a creek crossing and incredible amounts of road kill that can be dangerous to hit. mostly your in a corridor of mulga trees and red soil and occassionally a hilltop view to the edge of a flat horizon of black wattle and mulga trees. if you could pull over and enjoy a rump steak dinner at the Dirrenbandi Road house in the Map. ....now that would be awsome. LOL BTW the road signs look like this ....Darwin 3297km......Townsville 677km .....Sydney 976km....Melbourne 1682km....Perth 4290km. Actually i look forward to the start of what im sure would be a fantastic creation.

Whoever makes this map will need to create a ton of new assets because Australia is still very different to the USA.

Also, Australia is a lot more than just straight roads through deserts ;)
