did you tried? should work.

How do i install it? I don't see any .scs files

just put the zip into the mod folder, place it above the maps, activate -> done.

is Realistic Russian Highway 6 Non-ProMods version compatible with these mods...?

If there are areas affecting Petersburg and Vyborg in the fashion you specified, most likely it is incompatible.

Если в указанном Вами моде есть участки, затрагивающие Петербург и Выборг, скорее всего - не совместима.
