I've downloaded Rusmap numerous times with just the built in Windows 10 security, what you are likely experiencing is a false positive. The links are safe or the map authors would not be posting them.

Ok thanks so i can ignore that message as did scan after and with file nothing was ditected

I installed COMODO antivirus instead of the standard one from Windows 10. There are no false positives.
I have been using COMODO since 2013. Good thing, especially against incoming attacks.
