Also for me the mods don't work. I have put all the mods in the load order you posted and it does not work for me. It just loads a little bit past the halfway mark and then it just freezes.
You have to wait. It can take even more than hour.

Kinda surprised this map is still alive tbh. I suppose that's a testament to the Brazilian community. I'll add it to the collosal load order I have at some point and see if i can make it work.
EAA is not dead. It is still developed by EAA team and I have heard their team has about 30 people.

Hi, thanks for the instructions on how to get EAA, Rusmap AND promods in order. I wanted to ask if you are supposed to still included the RC between promods and rusmap, and if so, where it should be.

Yes, you still need RC between Rusmap and Promods. Place it above all Rusmap and Promods files but under fixes.

ExtremorGP Is there a way to do so that the Eaa skins would not be active in Europe and on other maps in the quick job, if it is not possible to remove them completely in bundles of maps and not in the standalone map?

I can't do that because EAA files are locked :(
