When i select Klagenfurt in Austria to start a quick job, the truck suddenly free falls and then crashes when i cancel it.

IDK if it's caused by Project Balkans or not, but i havent found what the problem is.

If you want to report issues with Project Balkans, then test them only with the mods which are required to. In this case only with ProMods and Project Balkans. Otherwise if you need help with game crashes, post a new Topic in the gameplay issues section, this section here is only for discussion and not for support!

The error you're getting in the log is indeed a Map conflict, but it's impossible to know what map is the culprit, when you use many others from a Wombat Combination.
Also, your loading order is messed up in general and you use quite some mods which are not updated to 1.36:
