no.. its incompatible with Romania Extended.. as some teritories oberlays, but.. Romania Ex.. is compatible with Promods.

I made a small edit to the satellite map CAPLV posted earlier so that Durrës and Koper are no longer in the sea:




I also removed the mapdata and UI folders since I prefer to let Promods DEF file handle it, this version just contains the world map graphics.
