I dont see the point interfering the politics into the game since you have separated Kosovo province out of Serbia on your logo loading screen.
I can nicely ask you not to do that, simply just change the loading screen.

As of now, that same international organization is carting out "UNMIK - United Nations Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo".
As of now, 23 out if 28 members of the EU recognize Kosovo. Seen that this game is posed in Europe, this is a good enough reason.
To mention that 57% of the UN recognizes Kosovo.
The Government of Serbia does not recognise it as a sovereign state, but has begun to normalise relations with the Government of Kosovo in accordance with the Brussels Agreement. 

So, these are good enough reasons for it to be included. However, it is not all that big of an issue, as the logo is old and does not even boast the Bulgarian, the Turkish or the Greek flag, all historic states of the Balkan areas which all killed each other at some point in time, in a Balkan fashion.

Screw the politics of it all, just enjoy the fact that all these nations are included, or are to be included in to a map addon for a greater map that beats all others. Myself, I look forward to getting down to Montenegren coast, the views are stunning, from what I hear.
