It is soo incredible you made it to 100MB (the previous over 3GB) size and I would like to say this amazing skinpack mod should be advertised lot more, even by youtubers if it is possible

Hey, we are really sorry that you guys had problems with our latest version, we are releasing a new version called Project Balkans 4.11, that fixes all the outstanding issues due to conflicts with sectors in Romania, and we also removed all the errors pertaining to usage of walkers in our mod. Original changelog below:

A new version of Project Balkans, 4.11, has been finally released that guarantees compatibility with Promods version 2.45 and is compatible with ETS 2 version 1.36. It adds two new cities in Serbia, Šabac and Loznica, two new regional roads in Serbia, 21 and 26 and two new highways in Bosnia and Hercegovina, M19 and M4. Enjoy!
