i also tried the whole night to get it run. After a few tests i can say that it doesn´t work with the south region pack.

the mod it self works perfect with ProMods+RusMap+ItalyMap.

It seems that 2.6 crashes with Southern Region now.

What is the load order of the maps with the Poland Rebuilding mod?

We only officially support load order with ProMods and Rusmap as stated on the first page. Other mod combinations are not guaranteed to work and are not supported by us until stated otherwise. If someone wants to test our map compatibility with other maps, go ahead, but we won't provide support for such scenarios. Thank you.

it crash when i'm enter in the game... why?

In my case, it crashed when loaded with the scandinavia mod. Apparently it seems to work with Promods 2.2 and Rusmap, although none of the Project Balkans mod's cities were displayed on the world map. I took the load order recommended in the .txt file
