Here's a little mod I made that removes the restrictions on where you can use/store doubles, b-doubles & HCTs. This means you can drive HCTs outside of Finland which is useful if you don't have the Baltics DLC yet (Still waiting for that legacy edition SCS... ).

It seems to work well - I've not had any problems yet.
