A couple of HCT questions?

1. Are HCTs allowed in SR map?
2. Are HCTs allowed in Rus map?
3. If the answer is no for the questions above, is there anyway to make possible?

As far as I know.
The use of HCT combinations is limited per country. The restriction is directly on the trailer config, not on the map.
And it can only be influenced by trailer mod. And on some maps too small ferries. They can cause problems.

This mod will let you use HCT (and double) trailers everywhere.
This won't fix things like lack of space in depots and ferries.

Well experience teaches you which route the HCT combination will fit on the ferry.
At least the Cyprus - Lebanon route does not fit and there may be one such ferry on the Baltic Sea.
