I like this mod,Because in Asia,Our Semaphore cycles is Green>Yellow>Red>Green,
Like Taiwan and Japan semaphore Cycles.

High traffic is updated. It doesn't make traffic jams as I want, but that is all I can do. I reccomend using Better traffic flow mods because of increased traffic on whole maps and Rudi's Rush hour.
It also should work with ATS.
