I see that the Jazzycat Russian Traffic Pack is available with two DEF files:
a.) One for Russian maps
b.) One for non-Russian maps (Russian traffic can spawn anywhere)

Which one should be used with ProMods, if I want Russian traffic to spawn only in SCS Russia? Based on the def descriptions, I would think a.) is the way to go, but I'm not sure about this.

a - for russian maps

choose a) Russian traffic will also spawn in ProMods Ukraine.

Does anyone know if the problem of Russian police cars spawning in every country has to do with Jazzycat mods? Or am I looking in the wrong place here?
I mean, I understand that a Russian police car can follow me across the border from Russia to another country. But I am seeing Russian police cars everywhere. Even in Greece or England.
I tried downloading a Russian police car fix but that didn't do anything.

Can anybody help me?
